A little behind

In August my in laws took all the kids to Nauvoo, we left the children behind and enjoyed our trip just as adults. We had an amazing time and it was a very spiritual experience. There was so much to see we didnt get it all done but we did see alot of things. Here are just a few pictures of our trip. We also went to Carthage Jail and I think out of the whole trip besides the temple was my most favorite the spirit there is so strong knowing I was sitting in the same room that Joesph and Hyram were killed in was a real neat overpwoering experience. On our way home before we caught our flight we stop in St Louis to see the Arch. That thing is huge 636 stories tall and 636 stories wide. We felt like little people walking next to it.

Below: High Hopse and River boats play

Above: Time for school this was a sister missionary teaching us what it was like back then to go to school
Below: Mike and I in the corn feild those grow to be around 7 feet tall or more and they dont even have to water their feilds.

And of course the beautiful Nauvoo Temple

That are just some of our pictures there are alot more but i dont have time to put 236 pictures on here.

What a great experience for both of you. Looks like you had a great time. We loved our trip back there as well. We had a ball with McKinley to.
